To streamline the process, we follow these steps:
Step 1: Understanding of the Requirement

Step 2 : Finalization of Agreement
Before onboarding, both parties negotiate the terms of the agreement, including timelines and deliverables. Detailed clarification of requirements ensures mutual understanding and alignment.
Step 3: Recruitment & Start of Operations
The process includes a joint interview to select the right candidate based on the given requirement.
This is followed by training before going live. (if needed).
